Refund policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their jude&moo bag. If you would like to return or exchange your bag, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase at hello@judeandmoo.com

We only receive items back that are in their original state and have not been used.

jude&moo has a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship. That includes, zips, material, the handles, shoulder strap and chest straps. Should a part of the backpack be defected, please send us photos at hello@judeandmoo.com for us to inspect. If the backpack appears to have workmanship issues, a new backpack will be sent to you.

Please be aware that backpacks do suffer wear and tear over time, please treat them with TLC so they have a long life with your little one.

Refunds 
Email us at hello@judeandmoo.com with your request to refund your bag(s) along with the order number you received from us when you placed the order, this was sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We will email you an address to send your bag(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the bag(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@judeandmoo.com.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, sorry sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@judeandmoo.com and we will advise you on where to ship the bag(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the bag(s). Upon inspection, a new backpack will be sent out to you at no additional cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
